NAC Assessment Updates


Anyone ever had an issue downloading the assessment agent for NAC? I keep getting an error when I try to update that says a componnent was not downloaded. I can confirm that my netsight server is talking to the update server but it looks like the server is answering but data is being transfered.. Anyone have any ideas? Have this case with GTAC and they have not given me any answers yet so I wanted to see if anyone else had encountered this.

Hi Jimmy. I have sent a note over to GTAC to take a look at this, however if anyone else is having this issue, please reply to this post as well. We will update you shortly. Thank you!
They evidently corrected the issue this morning. I went back to my NAC manager this morning and followed the same steps and got different messages and an update that was successful.
