The download webpage is not working.


Hi.

There is a problem with the download page.

Extreme Portal -> Downloads -> ALL DOWNLOADS

I don't see anything on the 'ALL DOWNLOADS' list.

Hi Lee,
Your portal account seems to be correctly configured and when I checked the page viewing with your account, the downloads section works properly. Do other sections of the portal work properly? Does the search work properly? I'm wondering if there is something with your browser that is blocking this content from loading.

When I checked the answer at home, it normally opens.
It looks like a problem with the office network.

I have a similar problem.
Other sections of the portal work properly, Download History work properly too.
2 days ago there it was working without any problem.

I took a look at this for you and can see the same issue. I think what's happening here is that there is only one asset aligned to your account. That asset now has an expired contract. If I remember correctly, the All Downloads section has some ties to what products the system thinks you have. There's some more checking that I'll need to do to confirm that though.
It might be best for you to contact GTAC and share the above screenshot with them so this can be reviewed by the right teams internally.

My account is a prtner accont, that allow me to download any file from All Downloads. It was like that in a few days before I posted this comment...

My account is a partner account, that allows me to download any file from All Downloads. In any way it was like that in a few days before the problem appears.
