Move access point from "locked" ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot to Connect

Hello,

Is it possible to export network policies and hardware settings from a pilot account and import to a connect account?

I have an access point configured within the pilot account, and since the license is not active any more I am unable to access the settings, to manually re-create them in the connect account…

Hello, unfortunately you won't be able to import configuration from Pilot in to Connect, the configuration options available are just too different. That said, if you can let me know the email address you used to register for your Pilot account and roughly how many APs should be attached to that account, I can provide a temporary key that will let you back in to your Pilot account so you can compare your old configuration to the new options while you get everything set up. If you'd rather share that information with me directly, please feel free to email me at community@extremenetworks.com.

Hello, thank you for sending over that information. I've replied to your email with the temporary key for you that will last for 30 days. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!
