Not sure if I will be able to solve your issue but to try I need some more information.

Are you on Hive Manager Classic or NG?

Are you running on premise or cloud? (What URL do you go to to log in to Hive Manager?)

Did you buy the AP new?

Was it a authorized reseller?

Are you running a multiple VHM environment?
