We don't have a way to keep the same credentials unfortunately, but I can file a feature request for you to see if we can get this added to future functionality?

HI Sam, based on similar request, will renew credentials is used to renew passwords for PPSK users automatically once they expired ? also, the feature about keeping same credentials is working now ?

The renew user credentials feature requires that the end user request renewal when prompted to, but then the renewal will take place automatically without the intervention of a ECIQ admin. I haven't heard back on the feature request so I don't think that has been implemented yet.
