Have you tried pushing a complete configuration instead of a delta configuration update? For first time configuration on devices that are in a factory default state, a complete configuration is required for the first update, otherwise the configuration won't stay after a reboot.

I tried to complete configuration but it doesn't work. I get an alert:'' Default DTLS passphrase is in use. Push a complete config to update the passphrase automatically, or set it manually and push a complete or delta config''. So, It only works when I upload with Delta conf. After Reboot, the configuration is deleted.

You see that message when you try to push a complete configuration? That is pretty odd. Would you be able to tell me your VHM ID (Help> About HiveManager)? If you'd rather share that with me directly, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.

Yes, I see that message when I try to push a complete configuration. I sent our VHM ID via email.

Thank you for that VHM ID, which AP should I look at? And would it be okay if I attempted to push a complete configuration so I can see the behavior? If you'd like this to happen outside of production hours I can do that too, just let me know when would be a good time for the AP to potentially reboot.

Could you please check the device in which the hostname is test_lila2? Other devices are the ones we use actively and they are critical to us. You can make the desired setting for the device whose hostname is test_lila2 at any time.Thank you for your help

Thank you for letting me know. I was able to push a complete configuration out to test_lila2 without issue. Can you confirm you have the same result?
