    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you confirm that any firewalls or content filters are allowing UDP12222 and TCP443? These are the ports used to update configuration and firmware via the HiveManager. If those ports are allowed, I'd recommend running CAPWAP debugs, replicating the issue, and then sending tech data to communityhelp@aerohive.com so I can review the debugs to see why the update is failing.
