That is a known issue with the 10.x firmware line, however 10.0r8 should resolve this issue. I don't have a release date for that firmware unfortunately, but that version should clear up those alerts once it's released.

I understand AeroHive has went through an acquisition and that can disrupt processed end-end but the 10.x firmware train is broken and we have no eta for the fix response is inadequate to say the least. Your customers need a response that is better than this.

Well Said Frank! Since Aerohive was bought out things have went dark. Hell, I dont even get the newsletter emails anymore. They better turn this ship around asap or ill be changing out the entire system to something non extreme networks.

10.0r7a was released on August 6th, 2019........five months later and still no word on 10.0r8!? The amount of time between previous firmware releases for often, and were constantly resolving issues. Everyone one on the current 10x firmware has some kind of issue that hasn't been corrected; going backward to 8x firmware is NOT the solution either. @Sam Pirok

Our ap630s and 650s are managed by HiveManager NG (Cloud) which has now been re-branded Extreme Cloud IQ. I don't see the 10.0r8 as a downloadable file yet for on prem installations but it is quite possible I just dont know where to look. It seems things have been moved around from where I am used to them being.

We are working on getting the 10.0r8 file and release notes added to the Community. When they are available, you'll find them under Downloads> HiveOS 10.X Current Release.

I see that we still don't have release notes. I have been in this field for 16 yrs and dealt with many solutions, technologies and vendors. I have never had to keep begging a company to send release notes for a firmware update. These things are supposed to be a package deal. A very strong suggestion here moving forward would be for AeroHive/Extreme to be a bit more forthcoming with current issues, timelines for firmware updates, and deploy the firmware with the accompanying documentation, otherwise the firmware is useless without understanding it's impact on an environment.

I'm having the issue listed in the known problems CFD-4086 Network users were sometime assigned to incorrect VLANs and RADIUS attributes were used for classification.

I need the fix listed. So i can upgrade my hivermanager. If you cant post it can you just google drive it to me or something? Not sure what the hold up is.
