AP150w 5Ghz is not working for notebook PC when the 2.4Ghz interface is on.

Dear All,

I am having signal test to my AP130 and AP150w using same POE Power [30W, 802.3at], same mobile devices as WIFI Clients, same radio profile and same network policy to test it out.

At the first time, we try to use our Notebooks connect to AP130, we are in 5Ghz automatically.

Then we replace the AP130 with Ap150w, our notebooks stuck in the 2.4Ghz and get poor performance. However, my Android just able to get in 5Ghz Automatically.

Then, I try to shutdown the WIFI0 interface and no longer 2.4Ghz from that Ap150W, we are now all in 5Ghz and everything work well.

What is going on?

Sorry, The Android is in 2.4Ghz also. No any luck if the WIFI0 interface is on.

Surprise that no one is going to answer it.

Let me answer it by myself.

I set 2.4Ghz power manually to 7, and 5Ghz to 15.

I also change the default AP150w radio profile to another AP default one.

Everything works well now.
