AP121 old firmware will not connect CloudIQ

I am moving some AP121 to Extreme CloudIQ which is currently going fine.

However we have some APs never used that have firmware 6.1r1 installed. These will not adopt into CloudIQ due to the firmware version.

Is there anyway to get the latest firmware for these APs?

After an electrical problem, you have to reset the firmware manually.
Can you please send me the latest firmware for the AP121 model.
