Could you let me know what firmware your devices are on currently? I can then send you the necessary firmware files to get your devices updated.

The AP 120 has firmwarelevel 5.1r1 and the AP330 firmwarelevel 6.1r1

I got two old AP that is in use by someone.

The message is "33012100304842The device appears to be in use by another VIQ."

How can i get him in my EcloudextremeIQ?

The serial numbers are:

If you can send me a sales order showing the serial numbers of the devices you've purchased, I can remove the old records for you. Otherwise we'll need to reach out to the previous owners of the devices to see if they'll remove the serial numbers from the old device inventory for us.

I know they had an on prem hivemanager and all the devices are removed there, should that be enough?

Yes, that should be enough to free the devices up for you to add them to your own device inventory.

All the ap's are removed from the on prem hivemanager, but stil the error The device appears to be in use by another VIQ

You can jump to any later HiveOS version from 6.2r1. I'd recommend going to 6.5r3 minimum so you can manage the device in our ExtremeCloud IQ platform.
