How do I install HTTPS Certificate on 12.8.3.1 On Premise ?

I have made the CSR and get certificate from Digicert.

I have concatenate the key and cert but nothing happen when I try to add this HTTPS certificate.

When you say nothing happened, do you mean the GUI didn't respond when you tried to save the cert, or that the cert seemed to take but did not seem to be in use?

There is no response or error message from the GUI when I try to save the certificate

Found this other article and one of the replies suggested the GUI give no indication of acceptance. You just need to restart HM and it uses the new cert. I did so and it did work. Very lame that there is no indication in the GUI of success or failure.
