Problems in Reporting

After I generate the network summary report I can't download it. Following error message is getting pop up

"Download is only supported for Usage Based or WIFI Statistics Summary reports. Select only Usage Based or WIFI Statistics Summary reports."

And I even try with share with option, but when I get the email with attachment it doesn't get correct data even.

What may be cause for that ?

That is a bit confusing, what it means by usage based reports is that it has to be a Wifi Statistic Summary report in order to have the ability to download it.

Hi Sam,

I've tried generate the Wifi Statistic Summary, but when I tried to download, it seem it will not generate the PDF file, instead only a blank file. Please help to check.
