Would you be able to go to Home> Administration> HiveManager Services> Check the box next to "Email Service Settings" and take a screen shot of this section so I can see what you've set up? If you'd rather share this with me directly, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.

Just so this thread is up to date, the solution was going to the Email Service Settings and checking the box next to CAPWAP under the Critical column. Thanks again Scott for getting that data over to me!
