Hello Carl,

To reach the SSID Configuration where the encryption key value can be changed:

Configure -> Network Policy -> Wireless Networks

Click the WPA/WPA2 PSK - SSID's Name

Hi David

as you can see I'm going to the right place. My key is changed. I restarted the accespoint but it does not require the new key ..... the old key is still active.

Hi Carl,

For some reason I couldn't see the image,

However, when you change the Key, be sure to press the Save Button in the bottom right before leaving the page.

Next, you'll want to go to the 'Deploy Policy' Tab and select any of the APs that apply to this policy, and click Upload in the bottom right.

I would recommend trying a complete config update first.

The screenshots I sent were displaying NG, but the process should still be the same.

Change the Key
Confirm the Key
Press Save in top right
Push a Complete config update to AP

If you change the key, then press save, what happens?

When you say you "restarted the AP" after making the key change, did you push out a configuration update to the AP as well? It will need to be updated before it knows about your new key. Also, I don't see a picture either, could you try re-posting it?
