I created a guest network with the option for the guest ask for the acess in the portal and then the administrator approve and generate a password. This portal does'nt works and show an error: "Internal Server Error 500"

Are you using HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com) or HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com)? Also is this an externally hosted CWP or is this the default CWP for Aerohive?

I'm using the HiveManager NG and this is an external hosted control panel.

Would you be able to add me as an external admin using the email slynn@aerohive.com, let me know your organization name which can be found in Global Settings> Account Details, and the name of the Network policy and SSID I should focus on, so I can take a look at the configuration? No changes will be made without your express, prior approval, I just want to take a look at the settings we're working with.

Thank you for that information. I took a look and everything looks correct on the Aerohive side of things. Would you be able to test without the external html to see if everything works correctly at that point?

How can i do that? The others SSIDs without guest access works fine.

I was trying to log in to give you specific instructions but I don't see your VHM in my list any more. In general you'd want to use the default self registration CWP, instead of pointing traffic to your external html.

Hello Sam,

I did some tests and when i have a AP whit "RADSEC Proxy server" enabled, it works. When i don´t have an AP with this "icon", it shows the error 500 for me.

Hello, thank you for your patience, I was trying to find a reason we'd need Radsec enabled for this but I can't find anything. I think at this point we should open a case for this issue, would you be able to do this and let me know the case number so I can update the case with what we've discussed so far?
