Hey Dave,

A couple things...If you plan to use these devices in a HiveManager Select instance then you'll need to have a valid subscription license available. Regardless of o boarding to HiveManager Connect or Select, you'll need to open a support case and provide the serial number, so it can be removed from the redirector before you can onboard it to your HiveManager instance (now called Extreme Cloud IQ!)

Seems like to open a case I need a support contract...anyone from Aerohive able to assist, these are being re-purposed for home use?

Send an email to communityhelp@aerohive.com with the serial numbers of the devices and ask for them to be removed to be used with an HMNG Connect account
