Thanks for asking, the 650 is not supported on HiveManager Classic, only on HiveManager (formerly NG). You can see what devices a HiveManager version supports in the release notes for that HiveManager version. For example, here is the link to the 8.2r2 HiveManager release notes: https://docs.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/documentation/8.2r2_HM_ReleaseNotes.pdf

At the top there is a list of devices that the version will support.

the AP650 is the beginning of Aerohive forcing you to go to their new platform. Not a big fan of being forced into a new management system that changes daily and does not have all of the features I use on a daily basis.
