Sam's reply is working for me now. A lot has changed in my environment since I made this post, so I can't tell you if it was code on the APs, an HM/ECIQ upgrade, or a browser update. I've found that browsing the ECIQ using Firefox works better that Chrome.

I was clicking around in Network 360 several weeks ago and I did something that showed me where some of the wireless clients were connected on the map(s). I haven't been able to find that setting since.

Can someone tell me what I did?

You'll want to look at the Monitor view within the Maps, and then click on the AP. A small information bubble will come up, which includes an option to See All clients connected. Is that what you were looking for?

Thanks for replying, but no that's not it. It actually showed where the device was on the map, almost like rogue detection. I remember discovering someone connected a Google Home and I was able to track it minutes.

Thank you for your patience while I looked in to this. If you open a floor map, and go to View Heat Map, then check the box under Device Type for Clients, that should show connected clients on the map.

Is that what you were looking for?
