I downloaded the upgrade for 12.8.0.3 (Im currently on 11.26.0.29) and uploaded it to Hivemanager NG as per the quick start guide. The 2.6GB tar.signed file uploaded and then nothing happened, the system looks like I didnt do anything. Version is still 11.26.0.29.

Could anyone advise if Ive done something wrong or missed a step somewhere?

Perfect, thank you, I assumed the from v11.26.x covered 11.26.0.29. Ill step up to 11.26.3.5 first and then go to 12 from there.

Just wanted to say thanks again, ive managed to upgrade to 11.26.3.5, now going to 11.26.3.6 and then migrating to v12. Those release notes were exactly what I was looking for.
