      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like the web interface for Connect does not allow all unicode characters in the SSID name that are allowed by the 802.11 specification.  It is basically a unicode character that is interpreted as an image. You can use unicode characters like Chinese and Spanish images in the SSID name and devices will interpret it correctly (that adhere to the standard properly).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your patience while we worked on this in our lab this for you. I think at this point we are going to need a support case so we can get our engineering team to work on this with us. Since we can use these characters in the CLI, I think there is an issue with the GUI we need to resolve so we can use these characters in the GUI set up. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
