      <title>Errors in interface after upgrading HMNG to 12.8.3.1</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We updated your HMNG to the latest version (12.8.3.1-NGVAFEB19) and the update itself went smooth and fast.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But after logging in again, ticking any checkbox in the "location" sub menu does nothing anymore. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I switch from "Dashboard" to "Monitor" and back, I am greeted with the EULA screen again. If  I tick the checkbox "I Agree" and click on submit, there is a red banner across the top of the screen with the text "an error has occured".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clearing out the logs and restarting the VM helped nothing. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anybode have any idea how we can fix this? We have too many clients, and need to filter based on location.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That sounds like you would want to open a case with technical support so they can troubleshoot the HiveManager deployment. They may need to restart some services on the HiveManager shell or check the resources allocated to the deployment. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Sam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unfortunately iirc the ability to open cases was revoked from me some time ago because we are not a reseller/deployer, but "end user" - but are doing anything considering our deployment ourselves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed though that the available version for download for HMNG has increased to 12.8.3.2 - but I couldn't find any patch notes for it. Any chance that some of these problems might be fixed now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the past we sometimes had problems after larger upgrades with the databases, but those seemed to repair itself after a few days of use.(probably old, incompatible data being thrown out of the logs).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are recommending that everyone move to 12.8.3.2 because of some instability in .1, so that would be a great first step. I'll see if I can find the patch notes for you. As for the case, you've purchased partner support so you can open cases with your partner and they can open a case with Aerohive technical support on your behalf if needed (likely will be needed in this case). I'll email you directly in just a moment with some contact information in case you're unsure how to reach your partner to open a case. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sam, just FYI the update to 12.8.3.2 did not solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still get the same errors, the red error bar when accepting the EULA, and the inability to filter by clicking on any location. Thankfully, the rest is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will submit a case then &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Final update: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently the update DID solve the problem, it just needed some time to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed today that the EULA page didn't reappear, and also the filters on the sidebar suddenly startet working again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So whatever 12.8.3.2 triggered, it needed some time to work (maybe clear some faulty logs?) and it is now running fine again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a heads up for people who might run into similar issues: Let the machine run for 2-3 days and check again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
