If not could you screenshot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To turn this back on, it depends on the platform you're using (&lt;A href="https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using" alt="https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using" target="_blank"&gt;https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Classic:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monitor &amp;gt; select APs &amp;gt; modify &amp;gt; change admin state to up &amp;gt; Save &amp;gt; select APs again &amp;gt; upload and activate configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NG: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monitor &amp;gt; select APs &amp;gt; edit &amp;gt; interface settings &amp;gt; wireless interfaces &amp;gt; change the radio status to on &amp;gt; save &amp;gt; update &amp;gt; delta configuration update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, these shouldn't have just changed by themselves, is there anyone who may have had access to change this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Both AP is still power on and I try to reset the power supply.&lt;BR /&gt;

No any change to the network and firewall.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So going back to the symptoms, you say no WiFi signal. By this, can you see the SSIDs being broadcast or not? If yes, can you connect to them? Do you get an IP address? Can you ping the default gateway, dns, out to the internet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
