Can’t add AP230 to HiveManager Connect, others added just fine.

I bought four AP 230s and three added to hiveManager Connect just fine, the fourth will not add. The light goes white, then orange not long after, and never makes contact with HiveManager. AP230 s/n is 02301709110500. I’ve removed, re-added to Connect, rebooted and rest the AP, still not working. Help?
