Hi Gary

We already executed this commando. The UNII1 and UNII3 channels are available, no DFS channels (if we want to enable DFS by CLI the message follows that DFS is not possible on AP's with his countrycode). They use 40MHz channels, so 4 channels should be available, however we can not configure fixed 5GHz channels (only Auto).

We have a customer using Aerohive access points in Russia. We can not change the channel setting of the 5GHz radio. We can only choose 'Auto'. However, if we change the countrycode on those AP's, we can select a fixed channel. Any one aware of the Russian RF rules?

Hi Hans,

On the AP configured for Russia, can you issue the command and share the output;

show acsp channel-info

This will tell you what channels are available on the Aerohive AP for Russia.

With regards to the Russian RF rules, I found this link which may be helpful to explain what is allowed; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels#5_GHz_(802.11a/h/j/n/ac/ax)

What AP model and version are they using?

Kind Regards,

Gary Smith
