Import Backup to new vm. This entitlement key has already been used by another system. What can we do?

Hello all,

we need to install a new hivemanager classic vm.

We have a hivemanager backup from the old one and import this in the new vm.

After the import is successfull we need to active the new hivemanager, but the licenses are not in the backup. When i use the entitlement keys the hivemanager shows the message: This entitlement key has already been used by another system.

What can we do?

If you can open a support case, you'll want to provide the key to technical support and ask that it be reinitialized so you can migrate. If you don't have support, please email the key to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com and I'll reinitialize it for you.
