      <description>&lt;P&gt;This means that the AP is no longer able to reach the HiveManager, but the AP could still be passing client traffic normally.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, today my customer got similar issue, Hivemanager can't reach few AP, showed Capwap connection lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have collected log as attached, anyone have idea on this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we open support case with partner account? or have to get customer to log case to AeroHive&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for those logs, but we would need CAPWAP debugs enabled to see connection issues. I've listed those below. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For opening cases, you would want to contact your VAD or have the customer open a case if they've purchased Select support. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please SSH in to the AP and run the following commands, then wait for the issue to happen again and collect tech data:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_debug capwap info&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_debug capwap basic&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_debug capwap stat&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These will be erased if the AP reboots. You can also manually disable these at any time by adding "no" to the start of the command; for example "no _debug capwap info".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
