Hello,

I’m trying to add two AP122’s to my Hivemanager and I’m getting the following message:

The following devices failed:

01221612095330 Device already onboarded
01221612095312 Device already onboarded

Please assist!

Seems that these serial numbers were added (intentionally or by mistake?) to another instance of XIQ. They will have to check the situation and remove these APs from another tenant.
