iOS devices have a built in captive web portal assist function that generally brings up the CWP right away. Since that doesn't seem to be activating, could you try opening a browser and trying to navigate to any external address (ex. google.com) to see if this redirects you to the CWP?

So looks like it's not only our guest but the main wifi as well
