That error happens when the object we're trying to delete is still in use in part of the configuration build within the HiveManager or is still in use by an AP. We'll want to disassociate the object from all references in the configuration and push that configuration out to the devices as a complete configuration update, and then you will be able to delete the object.

You would want to go to Configuration> Open the Network Policy> Open the SSID> Create a new Default RADIUS Server Group or open the existing one you are working with.

If you're linking to an external Radius Server choose that option from the top row and create a new object to enter in the address information of the external Radius server we are connecting to.

If you'd like to host the Radius server on the AP, choose Aerohive RADIUS Server from the top row and create a new Server object.

Is that what you were looking for? This guide might help with Radius in HiveManager- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Radius-SSID-in-NG

Thanks for the reply.

What I am attempting to do is remove a RADIUS server and I get this error:

The External RADIUS Server cannot be removed because it is used by another object (RADIUS Client Object Entry). Please disassociate references from other configuration items before removing the item.
