Onboard AP230 to ECIQ connect

Hi,

I'm having an issue with onboard process of my AP230. I've owned it since day one when I got it in 2015 as a eval unit. I receive below error.
(Serial number)The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.

What am I doing wrong? Do I need to purchase license?

That means that the unit is under control of some other EIQ

Ask the person you got it from to DELETE it (so you can add it)
