I am getting error 7, Exceeded maximum number of onboarded devices

I purchased the licenses the same time that I bought the two AP 230s

Hi Arthur,

Keys aren't associated with specific devices, so could you check:

Global Settings -> License Management

You will see the total number of Aerohive Devices licensed, and a field to enter a key.

Is the total accurate? If not, Enter the keys you received when you purchased the APs.
