topic Hello

we have an SSID with CWP enabled and two PPSK Groups assinged to user profiles with different VLANs. This works without CWP, but if CWP is enabled, every user gets the default user profile.
How can I change this?

Hello, we would have to review your configuration with you, and if we didn't find any issues there we'd want to run some auth debugs to see why the users are getting assigned to the incorrect user profiles. If you're able to open a case that would be best. If you can't open a case and are comfortable posting pictures of your SSID and CWP configuration to this post, that would help. If you aren't comfortable posting those but would prefer to send them to me directly, please feel free to email them to communityhelp@aerohive.com.
