We have a 3 year licence, but our domain name changed, how do I get the access?

What was the old account name and what would the new account name be? I will try to find these in our system so I can link your user record to an account and enable permissions based on that account's support level.

The old account was helpdesk@greenacre.surrey.sch.uk (or Craig.maxwell)

The new domain is Craig.maxwell@bansteadprep.com

I’m sending reset password to the Greenacre emails but have not received any yet

Is there a 64bit VM download for VMWare or HyperV (although I know the latter is not supported)

Unfortunately what you see in the downloads section is all we have. We do not recommend using HyperV, it typically introduces quite a few problems during deployment and after.

Where would I be able to download the latest .ova file for the virtual appliance (8.2r2c)?

I would also need to download the OS and L7 definitions for the AP121 and AP230, do you know where I can find these?

The ova can be found under Downloads> HiveManager Classic- Current version. The OS files can also be found under Downloads, and then under the section matching the version you are looking for. The L7 definitions can be found by running "show application reporting applications".
