      <description>&lt;P&gt;The instructions for how to return defective devices should be included in your RMA case after your RMA has been approved. I see you have an RMA case open with us, I would direct you to the comment made by our RMA team on December 20th regarding how to ship the defective units back. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
