Hi, we are currently using the HiveManager NG on premise VM, build 11.21.0.1. We would like to upgrade to the latest version, is there any way to do the upgrade ourselves?

I'm not sure if I have complete admin access to the VM as I can't find certain settings like smtp server of upgrade options. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Many thanks!

You could upgrade through the 11 line, but once you reach the 12.8.x.x line, you'd likely need to redeploy anyway so I might suggest redeploying on the latest version and then importing a backup of the original HiveManager to save time.
