Do you see that message when you attempt to open a new client monitor, or are you on a different page?

When I try to start a new client session monitor I get that message.

Thank you for letting me know. If you go to Tools> Diagnosis (subtab under Tools), do you see any active sessions listed?

No it says "No client is currently open"
