You would want to remove the devices from you HiveManager Classic instance by going to Monitor> Selecting the check-boxes next to the APs we want to move over> Device Inventory> Remove. This will set the devices to factory default settings so we don't recommend taking this step during production hours.

Then in HiveManager (formerly NG), you would want to go to Monitor> Add> and enter the serial numbers of your devices to add them to this HiveManager.

This guide covers these steps in more detail: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/HiveManager-Classic-to-HiveManager-Migration-Guide

This guide covers how to manually connect APs to HiveManager in case they still do not connect for you: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-Guide-for-HiveManager-NG

I have about 65 wireless APs and I'm moving over from the old Hivemanager to the new HiveManager (cloud.aerohive.com). How do I move my older APs over to the new system? I ordered 2 new ones and they showed up, but I can't seem to figure out how to remove the older ones from my original hivemanger and put the on the new.

I have tried to remove the device from the old system and see if the new one would pick it up but nothing so far.
