    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Some time ago, I created a group 'GUEST MANAGEMENT' so that employees of the organization could generate keys for guests. This works correctly, I have 3 users who can create keys for guests. But if I add a new user in the group, do not create nails for guests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Now, if I add a user to the group 'GUEST MANAGEMENT', it doesn't let me asign a location in which to create the keys, and I don't know why it can be&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Guest Managers won't have access to anything that is location based, so you don't need to assign a location from them. All they will be able to do it create users in the user groups you've given then access to. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your screen shot is showing where you'd want to choose the user groups the Guest Manager has access to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
