In legacy HM, no you cannot. You'd need to do this via a CLI Supplement.

In current HM (coined HM NG previously) this is/was an option IIRC.

If you go to Manage> Click on the hostname of the AP> Click Configure on the left hand side menu> Go to Interface Settings> You should see an option to exclude channels in the wifi1 settings. If you toggle this on it will give you a list of channels we can exclude, you'll want to check the box next to the channel(s) you want to leave out.

Any way to do this from the Radio Profile so I don’t have to set this on each AP?

Unfortunately this can only be done on the Device specific settings page, it's not available through a Radio Profile.
