Could you send me the serial numbers you are working with? My direct email is communityhelp@aerohive.com. I can verify that they are correct for you. Generally we leave the leading 0 on the serial number if it is present (not all models have serial numbers beginning with 0).

Thank you for providing those for me. I was able to confirm that we'd need the leading zeros for these serial numbers. Adding the 0 in front will bring the serial number to the required 14 characters. If you are getting an error when you try to do this, could you take a screen shot and share that with us?
