Hello

One of our education customers allowed WiFi access to students since a few weeks. Since then they see a lot of connection issues. They use a few access points as Radius server (this will be changed to a NPS server soon). When they clear the aaa radius-server cache on the AP Radius servers, it works fine, untill the cache receives its limit of 512. We can disable the caching in the Aerohive AAA Server Settings (Enable RADIUS Server Credential Caching), however the cache keeps adding entries. By CLI we can only disable this feature or clear the cache.

Any idea how to solve this?

After you push a complete configuration, could you pull tech data and send it to communityhelp@aerohive.com, so I can confirm that the correct configuration is getting out to the devices?
