Dear Support,

Issue: I am trying to enable the Presence Analytics Settings on HiveManager Classic Platform but I don't see the Presence Analytics Settings on HiveManager Services as directed per instructions on https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Enabling-Presence-Analytics

Platform: HiveManager Classic

Unfortunately presence analytics isn't available in HiveManager Classic any longer, that guide is outdated and I'll have it archived to avoid future confusion. Presence analytics is available in HiveManager (formerly NG), but it requires that you find an API (or build one) that will manage the presence analytics data delivered to the HiveManager.
