Error onboarding a Dell switch: "Client-Token is missing in header"

I'm trying to onboard a Dell switch to HM cloud. See bellow debug messages from the switch:

Can you advise what is expected from the switch?

Ok, resolved: looks like the Dell service tag is cAse seNsitiVe. I deleted the device and used all-CAPS; then it worked.
