AP250 won't boot after complete update

One of our AP250s was having issues, so I reset to factory, did a complete update and it lose connection to CAPWAP w/ a red light.

After a few factory resets and complete updates, I discovered it doesn't show CPU or RAM usage, both at 0%, but works fine other than that. On boot up after a complete update I am greeted with several errors:

kddr enable
ERROR: cli ui wait reply timeout, input cmd:
ERROR: ntp server "myparameters"
ERROR: sntp location "myparameters"
etc

Basically, it errors out trying to set config parameters and never seems to get past that. I manually set the ntp after a factory reset, tried a complete update and it still errors out at a bunch of other parameters trying to be set with the same message, but eventually makes it to login.

Typing in password or anything is extremely slow.

I have tried doing a manual firmware update from the CLI which went fine, and again, everything is fine until a complete update where the unit never seems to boot or boots but very slow through the console cable and still doesn't function.

Please advise.
