Tranfer license to a new system

Hi all,

We currently have an HiveManager deployed on our network, on an old system.

We just want to transfer this manager to a new system (with VMWare).

For now, I was able to reinstall the same HiveManager version (5.0r3...I know, it's an old, and I need to make then an upgrade) and to reimport the configuration.

But I now need to insert my entitlment key and I receive an error message : This entitlement key has already been used by another system.

Can you tell me if it's possible to transfer the licence from a system to another ?

Hello Ludovic,

It will be possible, I would only ask that you reach out to your Support Contact so that a case can be created, and the keys can be re-initialized.
