We have a requirement to put an access point in a location that exceeds 100m from a switch. We are planning on running fibre across from a switch to the location, using media converter and power injector. Are there any reasons for which this setup wouldn't work? AP to be used is AP130

As long as ethernet is provided and proper 802.3af power is supplied, it should work.
