This is a very interesting issue. Have you tested on a different computer? If the issue still occurs on a different computer the root cause is likely VHM specific, please go ahead and open a case with support. You can reach support at 866-365-9918.

If you're only seeing a partial page layout, you have probably exceeded your licensing.
