Hello, I've emailed you directly with the firmware files you'll need and a guide that reviews how to update the APs firmware via the web GUI. Unfortunately the older versions (6.1r6, 6.2r1) aren't available directly on the portal. You'll want to upgrade to at least 6.5r3 to update the devices via the HiveManager GUI. Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Also, It doesn't make sense why would aerohive remove that from the download link?

Hi @Sam Pirok , looks like I've got the same problem. Just pulled out a 130 we had bought several years ago. Is there a page setup yet for guidelines on how to do this?

Hi,

I have some AP230's on 6.1r6 and I also can register them in HiveManager, but it just Fails to Update.

I am new to AeroHive, but can you tell me how I get the device to update ?

The AP is also not broadcasting the SSID despite it seems to be registered and setup, is this because of the Firmware ?

I am also having problems updating two AP230s from 6.1r5. The download fails every time.
