The module auth cannot get the user profile 2 (ap121)

For one of our customers we have 5 access points (AP 121) installed on one site. One of the access points gives the following error in Aerohive manager (using myhive.aerohive.com):

The module auth cannot get the user profile for attribute 2.

We use one network policy with 3 ssid's configured. I was already able to link the error to one of the ssid's; but I can't find out what is wrong?

Devices are having issues connecting with this access point. The other four work fine.

I've already updates the access point to the latest version ( HiveOS 6.5r12.221611), with a complete configuration update, but that didn't solve the issue.

The problem is solved after resetting the device to default.
